FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Join us for an hour-long functional fitness group class. These classes focus on strength training, calorie-burning, and fun!

5 a.m. - 9 a.m.

TRX Training at its finest with super trainer, Jessica Milsap! Join her Tuesdays and Thursdays after work around 5 p.m. for an hour of butt-kicking fun.

Starts between 5 and 5:30 p.m.

BOOTCAMP

Are you ready to turn up the heat on your fitness goals? Join Heather Ruble for a weekly Saturday boot camp! Classes an hour long!

8 a.m. - 10 a.m.

JESSICA MILSAP

Jessica teaches our FaithFit and circuit training classes. She is a certified personal trainer. Circuit training utilizes the TRX for body-weight and suspension exercises to give you amazing results!

RUTHANN DEWERFF

Ruthann is our group fitness instructor and focuses on high-intensity interval training. She utilizes a combination of cardio and weight training to give you the results you crave!

ALEX BIRNEY

Alex runs Athlete U, which offers student-athletes camps, clinics, and small-group agility and skills lessons. Athlete U develops the fundamentals you need to get to the next level.

HEATHER RUBLE

Saturdays are for boot camp with Heather Ruble! Heather has been in the U.S. Army for more than 20 years. Her boot camps are for the hardcore warriors looking to better themselves!
