MEET THE TRAINERS
Jessica teaches our FaithFit and circuit training classes. She is a certified personal trainer. Circuit training utilizes the TRX for body-weight and suspension exercises to give you amazing results!
Ruthann is our group fitness instructor and focuses on high-intensity interval training. She utilizes a combination of cardio and weight training to give you the results you crave!
Alex runs Athlete U, which offers student-athletes camps, clinics, and small-group agility and skills lessons. Athlete U develops the fundamentals you need to get to the next level.
Saturdays are for boot camp with Heather Ruble! Heather has been in the U.S. Army for more than 20 years. Her boot camps are for the hardcore warriors looking to better themselves!
