TRX Circuit Training
Circuit Training develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a one-hour cardiovascular exercise session alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. You’ll perform short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by a brief low-intensity activity, repeatedly to build muscle and lose fat. Great for trimming down and toning up!
